Ellen A. Tabor

Co-Founder and President

Ellen Tabor co-founded Liberty in 1989 and serves as President. Mrs. Tabor has more than 25 years experience in the healthcare industry. She held various positions in hospital patient financial services and ultimately as a senior consultant for KPMG Peat Marwick's healthcare practice. Her responsibilities include developing leadership, training, and accountability for the various functions at Liberty. She is an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management. Mrs. Tabor graduated with a B.S. in Biology from The Catholic University of America. She serves on the board of Liberty Billing and Consulting Services, Inc.

Co-Founder and Executive Vice-President

Steve Tabor co-founded Liberty in 1989 and serves as Executive Vice President. His responsibilities include Governance, P&L management, Human Resources, Information Systems and New Business Development. Prior experience includes consultant and Vice President positions with the nation's largest healthcare management companies -- Hospital Corporation of America, Quorum Health Group and Quorum Health Resources. Steve is an Alumnus of the Harvard Graduate School of Business. He holds a Masters degree from Central Michigan University with a major in Health Services Administration. Steve was a summa cum laude undergraduate at Rutgers University where he achieved a Bachelor of Science degree in Public Health Administration. Steve is a Diplomate of the American College of Healthcare Executives. He is also a member of several alumni and professional associations including the Harvard Business School Alumni Association, Harvard Business School Health Industry Alumni Association, Healthcare Financial Management Association and the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management. Steve serves on the board of Liberty Billing and Consulting Services, Inc.

Judith G. Dolci

Vice-President

Julie Dolci has served as Vice President of Liberty since 1990. Her responsibilities includes sales to current and future clients, operation tasks including resource allocation, supervision of management and clerical functions and project review and assessment. Prior experience includes consulting for KPMG Peat Marwick’s healthcare practice, Patient Financial Services director at Clara Maass Medical Center and Bergen Regional Medical Center, Vice President of Finance for Bergen Regional and Manager of Medicaid Claims processing at Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey. She is an active member of the Heathcare Financial Management Association, serving as secretary to the Patient Financial Services Committee. She is also an active member of the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management. Mrs. Dolci graduated from Fairleigh Dickinson University with an MBA in finance and economics and from Kenyon College with a BA in political science. She serves on the board of Willing Hands Work Activity Center for developmentally disabled adults, and is active in her community.

Rosemarie C. Polkowski

Director of Staff Operations

Rosemarie (Casey) Polkowski serves as Director of Staff Operations at Liberty . Her responsibilities include the management of all inpatient and outpatient receivable reduction projects. She is expert at Medicare Cost Outlier and receivable collectability analysis. She is trained in many hospital in-house patient accounting systems including Siemens, Affinity, Meditech, McKesson, Eclipsys and electronic media platforms including ePREMIS, VisionShare and various Emdeon products. Prior to joining Liberty Billing in September of 1992, Casey was a member of the financial management team at the Franciscan Health System. Ms Polkowski attended St. Peter’s College in Jersey City, New Jersey. She is an active member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association, the HFMA Patient Financial Services Committee, and the American Association of Healthcare Administrative Management.

Gina Roselli

Manager of Commercial Accounts

Gina Roselli serves as Manager of Commercial Accounts at Liberty. Gina's responsibilities include managing the billing and follow up of inpatient and outpatient third party payor claims for all Liberty clients. Her responsibilities include all payor electronic and hard copy billing, verification of insurance, monitoring of aged accounts and the hiring, training and supervision of Liberty personnel. Prior to joining Liberty in October of 2001, Gina was the Billing Manager at Clara Maass Medical Center. She was also previously employed at Horizon Blue Cross and Blue Shield of New Jersey as a Major Medical Claims Examiner and Medical Review Examiner. Gina attended Kean College and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the Association of Healthcare Administrative Management.

Jeri Nardiello

Manager of Medicare and Medicaid

Jeri Nardiello serves as the Manager of Medicare/Medicaid Accounts at Liberty. Jeri manages the billing and follow up of inpatient and outpatient claims for in state and out of state claims for all Liberty clients. She is functionally responsible for verification of coverage, electronic billing, and monitoring of aged accounts. Jeri focuses on high yielding accounts and works with dynamic lists to prioritize and optimize accounts receivable reductions. Jeri has worked for Liberty for seventeen years. She attended Bloomfield College and is a member of the Healthcare Financial Management Association and the Association of Healthcare Administrative Management.
