Our knowledgeable client representatives visit Patient Financial Services Departments weekly to obtain documentation needed for claims processing.

Billing and follow-up staff are highly motivated and experienced in billing and third-party follow-up procedures. Aided by our proprietary database, they are detail-oriented professionals, persistent in the accurate resolution of claims.

Liberty's registered nurses review all denied claims, both medical and administrative. They submit concise and detailed appeal letters, and closely follow the status and outcome of the appealed claims and monitor the outcomes of appeals submitted. Liberty has earned an impressive 60% average success rate in overturning denials.

All our managers are of the highest caliber in the Patient Financial Services industry. They are diligent and expert in the government payor and Commercial/HMO/Blue Cross arenas. Their accurate medical claims analyses ensure quicker claims processing and reimbursement.
