We employ 50 associates, and have 8,000 square feet of office space. Our staff leverages technology to create a highly efficient follow-up model. Real net receivables are determined and aggressively pursued via state-of-the-art follow-up and collection procedures.

Each employee is trained by experienced patient accounts managers in the most sophisticated technological submission of accounts to major payors including, but not limited to, Medicare, Medicaid, Medicaid HMO, Blue Cross (local and out of state), Commercial and Managed Care. Continuing education is provided regularly. They are experienced in contract application, DRG assignments, re-pricing and billing. HIPAA regulations are stringently met and updated regularly. On staff, we have licensed Registered Nurses who analyze and review medical records to determine the appropriateness of appeal preparation.

We have the ability to submit directly to Medicare via multiple computer sign-ons. This in-house ability and the strength of our Medicare billing staff generate rapid liquidation of any outsourced receivable.

Additional computer stations support electronic submission to Blue Cross, New Jersey Medicaid and Commercial payors via WebMD, and New York Medicaid via ePACES. Maintained on all in-house terminals is our custom proprietary database. The network is behind a hardware firewall with perimeter virus protection. This database is fully qualified to run and operate outsourced receivable projects in excess of $250 million.
